When an automatic overlock unit pays off
Overlocking skirt and trouser parts by hand is a simple but very repetitive operation, and the result depends on the operator. The automatic unit follows the contour of the piece, overlocks and stacks on its own, so one person can look after the machine while doing another task.
- BASS 2020: one head, for small parts.
- BASS 2065: one head, overlocking on four sides.
- BASS 2565: two heads, for high volume.
