¿Qué modelo necesitas?

Para láminas delgadas de 0,2 a 2,0 mm (lonas de PVC, membranas de TPU, cubiertas de piscina) basta la cuña de plata de los modelos 8362-122 y 8362-126; para cubiertas de piscina recomendamos la 8362-126, con 26 mm de soldadura y embudo de unión (/001) o de unión y dobladillo (/003). Para materiales de 0,8 a 3,0 mm y producción intensiva conviene la cuña de aluminio de los modelos 226, 240 y 250, con solapes de 26, 40 y 50 mm. Si buscas la máxima productividad en geomembranas, el 8362-326 suelda dos costuras a la vez.

PFAFF 8362 portable hot wedge welders

PFAFF 8362 portable and mobile hot wedge welders for joining canvas, geomembranes and thermoplastic sheets both on site and in the factory. Six versions with silver or aluminium wedge and seam widths of 26, 40, 50 and 26+26 mm, for thicknesses from 0.2 to 3.0 mm. If you need a special technology (HF/RF high frequency, 3D welding or custom equipment), we discuss your case directly with the manufacturer.

Which model do you need?

For thin sheets from 0.2 to 2.0 mm (PVC canvas, TPU membranes, pool covers), the silver wedge of the following models is enough: 8362-122 and 8362-126; for pool covers we recommend the 8362-126, with a 26 mm weld and joining funnel (/001) or joining and hemming funnel (/003). For materials from 0.8 to 3.0 mm and intensive production, the aluminium wedge of these models is the better choice: 226, 240 and 250, with overlaps of 26, 40 and 50 mm. For maximum productivity on geomembranes, the 8362-326 welds two seams at once.

These machines are portable. If your application is on a bench or in stationary production, look at the hot wedge welders of the 8320 series, or the hot air and ultrasonic.
