Technical service and advice: before, during and after your purchase

Our work does not end when we deliver a machine. We help you find the right equipment for your production and support you through installation, commissioning, training and maintenance.

Selling a machine is easy. Making it work well, produce and keep running for years is what really matters. That is why every machine we supply comes with a technical team that has more than forty years in industrial garment machinery.

Advice first, then the machine

We start by understanding what you make, with which material and in what volumes. Only when that is clear does it make sense to talk about models. The conclusion may be that you need a different machine, a twenty-euro accessory, or a rearranged workstation using what you already have: all three answers are valid and we give you any of them just the same.

You are buying your first industrial machine

You don’t need to know whether you need a flatbed or a compound feed machine, or what separates a basic model from an electronic one. Bring your workpiece, we look at it together and explain what each level of machine does and what happens if you buy too small.

You already manufacture and want a second opinion

Your machines are in place and production is getting stuck somewhere you can’t quite pin down. We go through the process operation by operation and tell you where the bottleneck is. Very often it is not solved by buying.

You want to automate a process

Long runs, a repetitive part and one operation that takes up the hours. We assess whether an automatic unit, sewing cell or programmable system can take it over, what investment it needs and how many more pieces per shift you really gain.

Our advice does not depend on a sale. You can buy the machine from us, and we will be glad you did, but if another dealer can serve you better, we tell you and put you in touch with them. We would rather do that than see you end up with equipment that was not right for you.

And we decide with arguments. Price, real output per shift, the functions you will actually use and what it costs to maintain the machine in spare parts and service. Never a “this is the right one” without figures behind it.

What is free of charge. The first conversation, understanding your case and recommending a machine and accessories cost nothing, whether you buy or not. If the job needs engineering work (line study, time measurement, design of a workstation or an automation) and it does not come with a purchase, we quote it before we start. You will never receive an invoice you have not approved.

How we support you

Advice before you buy

We look at your workpiece, your material and your production volume, and tell you which machine fits. Sometimes the answer is a simpler machine than the one you were looking for.

Installation and commissioning

We leave the machine working in your workshop, set up for your material and your way of producing, not just unloaded at the door.

Training

We teach your people to get the most out of the machine. In processes such as heat sealing this is essential: every material needs its own settings, and those settings have to be learned.

Maintenance and after-sales

Ongoing support and a quick response when production cannot stop, with long-term satisfaction guaranteed.

Spare parts and consumables

Original spare parts by brand and everyday consumables, so a single part does not leave your machine standing still.

Before you call us: troubleshooting guides

Many faults can be fixed in the workshop itself: a worn needle, a wrongly set tension or threading that has missed a guide. We have prepared step-by-step illustrated guides to find the cause, starting with the upper thread breaking and the machine skipping stitches. If it is still the same after checking, call us and we will look at it.
