When no catalogue machine solves the process
Some processes don’t fit a standard cutter: combinations of spreading, cutting, picking and marking of pieces, unusual materials or integration with an existing line. For those cases we design complete solutions, adapted to each plant.
How we carry out a project
- Process study: material samples, drawings, video or a visit. First we understand what is made and where the bottleneck is.
- Proposal with figures: expected output, cost, space needed and maintenance cost, so the decision is made with data.
- Commissioning: installation, staff training and technical service afterwards.
Sometimes the conclusion is that you don’t need a custom project, but a well-chosen standard machine or a change in spreading. If so, we tell you.
