How to order the exact spare part
We need two pieces of information: the full machine model with its subclass (it is on the rating plate) and, if you have it, the part number from the parts catalogue. If you have neither, a photo of the plate and another of the fitted part will do. If you are not sure which part is failing, tell us the symptom on your Typical: the problem is often not where it seems to be, and we would rather tell you that before you buy a part you don’t need.
