Spreading tables
Cutting and laying tables, loading systems and fabric spreading machines.

Cutting starts with spreading
A badly spread lay, with uneven tension, misaligned selvedges or plies that don’t match, spoils even the most precise cut. That is why the table, fabric loading and the spreader are part of the same decision as the cutter.
What this section includes
- Table layout: modular table system for every stage, from manual laying to automatic cutting lines.
- Loaders: automated loading by trough, bar or paternoster to feed the spreaders quickly.
- A16: compact spreader for semi-automatic or automatic laying of tubular, laminated or sheet products.
- A55: high-performance spreader for rolls, bales and tubulars, with deflection rollers and automatic threading.
Manual or automatic?
With few plies and frequent fabric changes, a good table and manual spreading are usually enough. When the lay gets higher, the fabric is delicate or stretchy, or spreading becomes the bottleneck for the multi-ply cutter, an automatic spreader pays for itself.
What we need to know to advise you
Fabric type and presentation (roll, bale or tubular), width, plies per lay, lays per day and available space. With that information we will tell you which equipment makes sense for your production and which doesn’t, even if the answer is that you don’t need to change anything.
