How we work
Advice first, then the machine
Our work starts before there is an order. Tell us what you make, with which material and in what volumes, and we will tell you what you really need. Sometimes the answer is that what you already have is enough, and we tell you that too.
1You are buying your first industrial machine
You don't need to know whether you need a flatbed or a compound feed machine, or what separates a basic model from an electronic one. We sit down with your workpiece in front of us and explain it in plain language, without a catalogue in between.
2You already manufacture and want a second opinion
Your machines are in place and you can see production getting stuck somewhere. We look at the whole process, tell you where the bottleneck is and what solves it, which is often not buying another machine.
3You want to automate a process
Long runs, a repetitive part and one operation that eats up the hours. We look at whether there is an automatic unit, sewing cell or programmable system that can take it over, and what you really gain in pieces per shift.
Our advice does not depend on a sale
You can buy the machine from us, and we will be glad you did. But if another dealer can serve you better, we tell you and put you in touch with them. We would rather do that than see you end up with a machine that was not right for you.
When it is time to decide, we put the arguments on the table: price, real output per shift, the functions you will actually use y what it costs to maintain in spare parts and service. Never a "this is the right one" without figures behind it.
What is free of charge: the first conversation, understanding your case and recommending a machine and accessories cost nothing, whether you buy or not. If the job needs engineering work (line study, time measurement, design of a workstation or an automation) and it does not come with a purchase, we quote it before we start. You will never receive an invoice you have not approved.
