Industrial sewing machine repair in Madrid, Guadalajara, Toledo, Cuenca and Segovia

First we try to fix the fault remotely, by video call, WhatsApp, email or phone. If we need to come out, we visit your workshop with the quote approved before we start.

Machines we repair

Flatbed, compound feed, post bed and cylinder bed machines, overlockers, coverstitch machines, multi-needle machines and buttonhole and button sewing automats. We work with the brands you see most in workshops: PFAFF, Dürkopp Adler, JUKI, Brother, Jack, Zoje, Pegasus, Kansai Special and Typical. If yours is another brand, ask us.

You don’t need to have bought the machine from us.

Service area

We come to your workshop or home anywhere in the Community of Madrid (including Alcalá de Henares, Torrejón de Ardoz and the rest of the Corredor del Henares) and in the provinces of Guadalajara, Toledo, Cuenca and Segovia. We’re based in Torres de la Alameda. If you’re outside this area, call us and we’ll see.

How we work

First you tell us what’s wrong with the machine by phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact form. Give us the make and model, and if you can, send a photo or a short video of the fault.

Before talking about a quote, we try to solve it remotely: we guide you by video call, WhatsApp, email or phone to check the needle, threading, tensions or error code. Many faults are fixed this way, with no call-out. This remote help is free of charge, as long as it’s resolved in a reasonable time.

If it can’t be solved remotely, we give you a quote before we start. We don’t touch anything you haven’t approved.

Then we come out, repair the machine and set it up for your sewing: tensions, stitch, presser foot and speed. We explain what’s worth checking so it doesn’t happen again.

If a part is needed, we order it. In the shop we have more than 5,800 Dürkopp Adler and PFAFF spare parts, and Cerliani hooks for almost every brand.

Before you call us

Many faults can be fixed in the workshop itself: a worn needle, a tension set wrong or threading that has missed a guide. Have a look at the troubleshooting guides. If nothing changes after that, call us.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a repair cost?

First we try to solve it remotely. If we need to come out, it depends on the fault and the travel: we give you a quote before we start and only go ahead if you approve it.

Can you help me without coming to the workshop?

Yes. We guide you through checking the machine by video call, WhatsApp, email or phone. If that solves it, there’s no need for a call-out, and that help is free as long as it’s resolved in a reasonable time.

Do I have to take the machine anywhere?

No. We come to your workshop or your home, within the service area.

Do you repair machines of any brand?

The usual brands in garment making, upholstery and leather goods, yes. If you have an unusual brand, tell us the model and we’ll let you know if we can.

Got a machine standing idle?

Tell us the make, the model and what it’s doing. First we’ll try to sort it out with you remotely.
