Frequently asked questions
What work is the Pegasus E256 designed for?
Hosiery, underwear and fine knits, and turned hems on knitwear.
What are the main specifications of the Pegasus E256?
Needles / threads: 1 needle with 2 or 3 threads, or 2 needles with 4 threads, depending on subclass. Maximum speed: 8,000 to 9,000 spm depending on subclass. The full table is above and the exact subclass is confirmed in the quote.
Does the price include transport and installation?
No. We prepare a quote with the subclass and accessories you need, and transport and installation are calculated separately depending on the destination.
What warranty does the Pegasus E256 have?
The legal warranty for industrial machinery: one year against manufacturing defects.
Will you help me choose the model if I’m not sure?
Yes. Tell us what you sew, with which material and how much you produce, and we will tell you whether this machine fits or whether another one suits you better. Getting advice does not commit you to buy.
About the price
An industrial machine is not a fixed product. Almost every model has subclasses, and optional accessories go on top of the subclass: you configure it, a bit like a car. That is why any published price (here or anywhere else) is for one specific version, and it can be a long way from the one you need, either higher or lower.
Before giving you a price we would rather ask what you sew. That way the quote covers exactly the subclass and accessories you need: no machine that falls short and no options you will never use. In the shop you will find the versions and accessories with prices, and through contact we will configure yours with no obligation.
